At Three Rivers Jump, we understand that life happens, and plans can change. Our goal is to provide you with flexible, customer-friendly policies while maintaining fair scheduling practices for our team and other customers.
Whether you're booking a bounce house rental in Kennewick, a waterslide in Richland, or a party inflatable in Pasco, please review our updated cancellation and refund policy below:

Cancellation Policy Overview
A $50 credit card deposit is required to secure all inflatable and party equipment rentals.
If you need to cancel your rental, we ask that you notify us as early as possible so we can accommodate your request fairly.
π Refund & Rain Check Eligibility
Cancel 8 or More Days Before Your Event
Your $50 deposit is fully refundable when you cancel at least 8 days in advance of your scheduled rental date.
Cancel 2β7 Days Before Your Event
You will receive a rain check equal to your deposit amount, valid for up to one year from your original rental date. This credit can be applied to any future rental with Three Rivers Jump.
Cancel Less Than 48 Hours Before Your Event
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled event are not eligible for a refund. However, we are happy to review special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
π§οΈ Weather-Related Cancellations
Your safety is our top priority. If severe weather (rain, thunderstorms, or high winds) makes it unsafe to use your rental equipment on the day of your event:
We will issue a rain check for the full amount paid. This rain check is valid for up to one year and can be applied to any future booking.
We encourage you to monitor local weather forecasts and reach out to us in advance if concerns arise.
